Each session is 50min.
My training methods consist in building athleticism, using functional training, developing muscle mass, increasing strength, improving movement, conditioning and building stability of core and joints.
I align my methods and programming to your fitness goal (weight loss, strength gain, sports performance, muscle gain, etc.) and combine it with a personalized nutrition plan to achieve your goals with a realistic approach for a long term lifestyle change.
In-Person students have access to my app for checking progress and tracking the meals.
