I always practiced many sports throughout my life and in martial arts since I was 18yo. I have been in the sports and fitness industry for over 12 years. I have years of experience with 1-1 clients with different goals, levels and ages, and I'm passionate about helping people to improve their abilities, performance and especially build a lifestyle through physical activities and healthy habits.
I believe that a fitness journey is not about going to the gym to do just random workouts, but about proper training and nutrition, stress management, and self-care. The physical appearance, body composition and results are consequences of consistency and discipline of healthy habits.

My training program methods consist in building athleticism by developing a combination of skills—strength, power, agility, speed, conditioning, coordination, and endurance— and using functional training to improve movement, mobility, strength, stability of core and joints and muscle gain.
I align my methods to my student's level and fitness goals (weight loss, strength gain, sports performance, muscle development, etc.) and combine it to a personalized nutrition plan and guidance.
