Hi there! My name is Pamela Rocha,  I am a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt athlete and instructor with over 13 years of martial arts background, a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC) by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and CSCS by NSCA candidate.

Hi there! My name is Pamela Rocha,  I am a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt athlete and instructor with over 13 years of martial arts background, a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC) by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and CSCS by NSCA candidate. 


I always practiced many sports throughout my life and in martial arts since I was 18yo. I have been in the sports and fitness industry for over 12 years. With years of experience as a Jiu Jitsu Instructor for kids and adults, and with group classes of Strength & Conditioning and 1-1 clients with different goals, levels and ages. I'm passionate about helping people to improve their abilities, performance for everyday athletes and especially build a lifestyle through physical activities and healthy habits.

I believe that through proper training, nutrition and healthy habits we can build skills to move well, feel great and look good! The physical appearance, body composition and results are consequences of consistency and discipline of habits.

I believe that through proper training, nutrition and healthy habits we can build skills to move well, feel great and look good! The physical appearance, body composition and results are consequences of consistency and discipline of habits.


My training program methods consist in building athleticism by developing a combination of skills—strength, power, agility, speed, conditioning, coordination, and endurance— and using functional training to improve movement, mobility, strength, stability of core and joints and muscle development.

I align my methods to my student's level and fitness goals (weight loss, strength gain, sports performance, muscle development, etc.) and combine it to a personalized nutrition plan and guidance.


I will work with you to create a personalized program that addresses important aspects of your health and wellness, allowing you to reach realistic goals if:

  • You simply want or need to start changing habits to improve your life and longevity, or you have specific goal (such as weight loss), because you understand the importance of exercise and nutrition.
  • You are a Jiu Jitsu practitioner and/or competitor looking for optimized performance (kid or adult);
  •  Or you are an everyday athlete who is looking for more guidance and training structure to elevate your skills and see more results.
