Training Programs

Customized training program with nutrition guidance based on your fitness level, body type, routine and goals. We work will together 2,3, or 4 times a week, and you'll see progress towards building skills, stronger joints and core and a healthier lifestyle.

If you're looking for flexibility or if you are not in Orange County, I offer online 1-1 coaching with personalized training and nutrition program with the equipment you have access to. We'll work together virtually, with weekly check-ins, to achieve your fitness goals, no matter where you are in the world!

As a Black Belt Jiu Jitsu competitor and instructor, I understand the importance of Strength & Conditioning for sports performance and injury prevention. I'm passioned to help Jiu Jitsu practitioners to improve their abilities for competitions or simply to train and feel better. This program is incorporated and customized on the online or in-person 1-on-1 personal training, with nutrition coaching included.

Nutrition plays a crucial role in achieving any fitness goals you have. Nutrition coaching is included in my programs! I guide you with healthy choices to stay on track controlling your macros intake.
